Ben spent 25+ years mastering the art of custom home building and commercial construction, earning his stripes first as a carpenter before founding his own successful building company. Meanwhile, Matt dedicated 22 years to mechanical contracting, specializing in the complex HVAC systems that keep buildings comfortable and efficient.
We started this blog for a simple reason: the construction industry is filled with misinformation, confusing jargon, and advice from people who’ve never actually swung a hammer or sized an air handler.
